Well, i will be once i get my 3.55 PS3, i am going to go to KMEAW'S 3.55 CFW, then to CEX.

It is possible to mod the older call of dutys without much hassle from sony. The newer games like blackops 2 and Ghosts you will risk a ban. There are ways to lower your chances for sure, and that information is found in this forum or by google.
As a matter of fact, you CAN host modded lobbies with OFW
MW2 cfg is a perfect example of that.

I just want to be sure I am understanding you. You want to go to 3.55 cfw cex? You should be factory cex. If you mean DEX then you need to go Rebug cfw.

Cfg isn't able to host if you do the server doesn't know what to do with you and on your friends screen your not where you are instead your where the server has placed you based on your actions :p

In game, fine. I can't argue with you as I have never seen that.
The cfg still allows you to host infections for people, like uav/aim. Is that not a "modded lobby"?
