I can help you get tmapi debugger to connect/attach. And what do you want to use netcheat ccapi for? Finding offsets or..?

They can't figure out how to use Netcheat? I find offsets/pointers with NetCheat all the time! Literally everyday. So I'd be able to help.
And once my torrent is finished, I will start looking for what you want. And also show you how I am doing It.

If you have 2.5 installed, you need the fixed PS3Lib/CCAPI dll's to use Netcheat under CCAPI.
