I realize that I have a ps3 model CECH-2501B and I read that it cant be downgraded unless using a flasher. Is there a way of jail breaking my ps3 model without me getting a flasher?

There is no way of jailbreaking a PS3 without it being on Version 3.55, and the only way to downgrade it is if you give it to someone with an E3 Flasher or buy one yourself.

ok and which is easier to do buy the flasher and jailbreak it myself or to find someone with E3 flasher?? or should I just buy a ps3 off eBay that's already jailbroken??

Someone's working on a 4k console flasher that'll be interesting if he figures out to decode the OFW don't you think?

personaly if you think you can do it get a flasher and do it yourself that way you can also get cids of ylod consoles for if /when your cid gets banned
