i am in the final step where you use cmd for eid_root_key_.bin and in_flash.bin
i keep getting error "c2d.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
i need help this is his tutorial

You didn't install c2d correctly

C2d infile.bin outfile.bin regioncode

85 is us 82 is dex. You can run c2d and get the others
