Yeah, You can install it straight away, But my advice for you don't be on 3.55.. And if you want to mod call of duty and do some very good stuff you can go on dex, But first you should be on cex so here's a link for cex 3.55:

So i recommend going on Dex since its alot better than CFW.

Yes you can, but I would suggest to use PSNPatch before you log into PSN and don't mess around alot or you'll get a console ban from GTA .
