If 0x24417A0 0000005B is your current offset, then just change it to;

0x24417A0 000003E7

With whatever you used to connect, if CCAPI you can use the control panel that comes with v2.50.

I don't have it installed, but;
First click on retrieve list so it can grab the EBOOT.BIN then-

Under Offset you will place 0x24417A0 & you will change type to dword32 and under Input you will put in 000003E7 and hit poke.

You got the wrong offset then. Pretty sure there's one that sticks, but I've never played that game so.
