So when this first happened, I noticed signing in without spoofing on PSNPatch was working, and then suddenly that stopped working too. So just signing in without PSNPatch or signing in with PSNpatch on gives me that error.

So am I banned or what can I do?

This means that your Console ID is indefinitely banned from PlayStation Network. They have a series of error codes for being banned. This is actually one of them. Sorry to break it to you. You're going to need to purchase a new Console ID, however, the discussion of Console ID's isn't allowed here so you'll have to get one from somewhere else.

You might need to buy a new cid in that case or its just that i know of destiny is banning or detecting a lot of ps3 jailbreaks so sorry mate

na..i think its a psn server issue in your region...wait a while..try restarting your modem/router device & try again !

Try restoring your Cid with ita manager happened to me and solved the problem
