Try this -

Are you using Multiman? If so, there is an option under the game setting about running from external. Most games nowadays requires a disc in the tray.

EDIT: Are you trying to put them on there? or....

I am using multiman and Oh im new to this so yeah.. and can I do without disk? how would I?

Make sure you have a disk in your ps3.

Go on MultiMan and when it loads you should see your game you want to play (providing you put your game on a Fat32 usb) press triangle on the game and select external and bd mirror on the options on the bottom left then press start


EDIT on managers such as ITA manager I'm sure there's an option to play without a disk within the ps3
