heeeeyyy, ok firstly arabics bo2 tool wont open for anyone atm and you can download framework 4.5 and install no probs, sorry if it sounded rude just getting to the point. and if menu still dont work it may be a abandoned project. just read the latest comments

just google search net framework 4.5 and download from microsoft, should have no probs. (i might add link for you)
