I literally can't even downgrade.. i'm on rebug 4.60 Rex an nothing is working an I get corrupted data someone please help very stressful day....

use ROGERO's 3.55 999 downgrader it worked for me. If not make sure you use REBUG's but download it off their site. Format your USB make the PS3 and UPDATE folder again and drag the firmware on it. Good luck
