Currently im thinkin about ps3ita DEX (is rebug better?) because i wanna mod alot but i also want to download games. Please help me choose and please also say why i should choose CEX or DEX.

DEX is better, more dev options.. There are also CEX-DEX tutorials on youtube that work 100%. I'm currently on Rebug and don't have any issues besides me screwing up myself.. But regardless go DEX.

Ok since ur new to jb ps3 stay on cex rebug. Its better for beginners. And does modding too. Dex just has more option on some stuff. And its hard for a new comer to hop on dex its hard to get on it. Stay on cex i recommend

Thanks guys, im a hard learner tho. And you don't wanna know how much video's and tutorials i have seen / readed. I think i am still going to dex since u have a few more modding stuff. (Like costum gamemodes in mw2 bo2 etc)
