Anyone please tell me if there is a way I can get it back to CFW or how to check if it is on CFW

If it says Install Pack Folders then you are jailbroken but it sounds like you might have updated your firmware with an old game disk like I did

TO get back to cfw you will need to downgrade with an e3 flasher.
