i use the wireless method

Wireless method meaning you have a cable running from your computer to your ps3?
Did you enable internet sharing or bridge connections?
Are your debug settings correct?
Which FW are you using?

btw im on 4.50 ita dex and yes cable from ps3 to pc

You probably did not set up the wireless method correctly. Cause It's telling you Target Manager can't connect to your ps3. (Either you didn't set up wireless correctly or you are not even on DEX)
