I setup target manager and connected my PS3 ip to the target manager and everything seemed fine. However i came across one HUGE problem, how do i connect my Tools from Computer to PS3. Im connected from my PS3 to computer and that's all working just fine. I know when i was on CEX[rogero] i used control manager(ccapi) and worked fine. I dont want to use that on DEX i went to dex so i could specifily use TMAPI. So my question is what tool do i use or say pgk file to connect my tools so they can work from my computer to PS3?

jk, but um. If you got Target Manager setup already, all you need is a debug EBOOT.BIN or a default_mp.self for your game so you can attach tools to your game.

You're not understanding. That's like you telling a person on CEX to just click the cex option on mod menu to connect without them ever putting the ccapi pgk file (control manager) onto there PS3. My question is how do i get the tools to connect on my PS3 while using DEX

Will this eboot once i install it be for every game i play or i have to put the eboot on for every different game?
Also Connecting from cex was so simple (ccapi console manager)..

Yeah i got everything set up. Best way to say it is if you went to dex what do you do in order to connect the MOD menu tools to the PS3. Thats what i need help with. On Cex its console manager, i download the ensone pgk file onto my PS3 and the tools connect like that. Whats the way for dex, im asking basically

On dex you dont need to install anything on ps3 . You just need to put your ps3's ip address on Target Manager on computer , if you have everything setup right then it will say connected . After its connected your all good , now just make sure you have a debug eboot for watever game your trying to mod on, and connect and attach when your in game !
