DEX Target Manager Issue [HELP]

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So im currently on DEX 4.50 ita. I load target manager up connect it it says 'connected' everything seems fine im online. However my RTM Tools cant connect. Netcheat or any other tool when i type in the ip to connect to my PS3 says failed. Everything is working fine on my target manager so i dont see the problem. Someone could add my skype and walk me through it i would be greatly appreciated my skype is oppcar123 im on 24.7.

make sure your network settings for debug in your debug settings is on single settings.

also try to delete your target and search again. and you have a resigned EBOOT correct?

If havn't install contol console API

and make sure It's connected, I'd prefer debugged eboot to connect with tmapi!
