I have a ps3 Slim wich is downgradable. I have the E3 flasher limited edition. I wanna downgrade it now because i have no patience xD, but my thermal compound will come a few days later. Can i downgrade it and play it for arround 2/3 hours withouth replacing thermal compound? Or will it overheat?

its going to overheat regardless if you put new thermal paste the cfw uses more of the ps3's cpu power espically if you convert over to dex. But you can still use the ps3 with its old thermal paste just not for 2/3 hours use it for no more that 30 minutes of light use that means no gaming.

if you have experience you will (i once downgraded within 20 minutes) but dont rush downgrading because it will increase the risk of screwing up your ps3, take it easy and dumping the memory might tike 100 tries, just dont give up....
