I recently got my PS3 jailroken and everything was working perfect until yesterday.
I turned on my ps3 and I got RSOD :'( .
I tried everything but the problem is when i'm in recovery mode and a got a .PUP file on my USB root, my PS3 just wont find it, it just says there are no usefull updatedata found.

I am on CFW 4.41 DEX.

not sure but maybe you didnt toggle qa so you cant downgrade or just reinstall the firmware not sure how to fix this but seen a pkg to fix it on 3.55 only tho dont know if it cex or dex you might need to use 999 downgrader then install any 3.55 cfw probably a dex one and run the pkg idk if 999 downgrader is for cex or dex other wise idk just trying to help from what ive seen and would try

Thanks I'll try to download the 999 downgrader but is there any version my USB needs to be on ? Like FAT or Fat 32 or something?

assuming you are 4.41 rebug drex, just reinstall the firmware through recovery, you are probably trying to update to rex which will give youthat no applicable update data found

Thank you but how to I install this through recovery?

1. Shut off PS3
2. Keep hold of power button until your PS3 turns on and then off.
3. Keep hold of power again and keep pressing it until you hear 2 consecutive beeps soon as you hear them release your finger.
4. You will be prompted to connect your PS3 pad via USB.
5. Select which ever option you need.
