I was wondering how would i be able to mod GTA 4 with lets say a RTM tool or a mod menu on the latest version? If i can't do it for the latest version how would i be able to host online?

there is many fun mod menus for gta iv i suggest looking in the section just ftp the update.img to your ps3.
