Im not sure if i have been mac banned or is something wrong with ps3 and is their a way of changing my mac address. I have a jailbroken ps3 that is on 4.46.1 rebug i have changed my console id i can sign in on accounts already made on the ps3. Thanks for reading any feedback will b appreciated.

Sony doesn't mac ban. it might just be your region is undergoing maintenance for making new accounts, try again later

I have tried later but when i go on my non jailbreak i can make accounts?

Change your mac that helped me out i could not sign online i changed my mac an made a new account and it let me on i think sony dose ban your Mac
