(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I want to downgrade to 3.5.5 so i can chose what CFW i want to go to but how do i downgrade my ps3?

Do a barrel roll!
Go to rebug Rex 3.55 through recovery from there just update to whatever firmware you want

Okay i QA Toggle it and i am in safe mode i try to install it via safe mode but its telling me "no applicable update data was found"

then you need to get the rebug 999 downgrader.pup and install it through recovery once installed go to rebug rex 3.55

Okay when i go though the xmb its telling me that the data is corrupt, but it's not I've tried it with multiple things including down graders. When I tried in safe mode it's telling me that there is no update data that was found.

Its still telling me the same thing " No applicable update data was found" and i have the files like this "PS3">"UPDATE">"PS3UPDAT.PUP"

Okay so it didn't show it on the xmb till i put a ps3 game in and then it showed it but its saying it corrupted…… and when i start my ps3 its like its trying to pull a game in every time not sure if that matters

this sounds crazy but depending on how your file/folder options are on your computer you may need to delete the .pup from ps3updat and try again ...and make sure your installing through recovery not the xmb
