You need Target Manager to use TMAPI. Unfortunately NGU doesnt allow any Warez links so I cant give you the link to it. But just Google search "ProDG Target Manager download" and you will findi it. Note: There is a download link in the first YouTube video that pops up.

Definitely TMAPI as its Sony's own coding (as said above), although CCAPI is good
