tmapi is dex while ccapi is cex

DEX (tmapi) is more stable and there's less lag when RTM'ing but you need a Debug EBOOT so you can connect you RTM/RTE tool to your current game there easy to find and easy to transfer by usb/ftp manager. CEX (ccapi) is cool and very easy to set up no need for a debug eboot unlike DEX (tmapi) but theres more of a chance you'll lag out and maybe only 80% of the options in an RTM/RTE tool/mod menu will only be available to you unlike DEX (tmapi) where all the options in that tool will be available to you.

All in all DEX is by far the better firmware and I am pretty sure 99% of NGU would agree.

CEX - Good for people new to modding/hacking.

DEX- Maybe for the more experienced person?
