Questions: is it possible to extract a cid from a non-jailbroken ps3? how (if so)?
Question: Some people report that psita manager cid restore fixed this problem, any ps3 ita managers available that are compatible with rogero cfw 4.55? I've tried a couple and on startup i just get a black screen.

1.) You can extract a cid from a non-jailbroken ps3, you just will need an E3 Flasher to get the nor dump and you will need to use a program called getConsoleID from aldostools.
2.)ITA Manager probably won't work on rogero since ITA Manager was meant for a DEX Firmware and Rogero is CEX.

Also, any other ways of getting rid of that message (ban message) other than new cid?

The only way to get rid of that message is to get a new console ID, and yes the only way to get a cid from a OFW ps3, is from a NOR dump.

any suggestions on who sells cids cause the guy who jailbroke my ps3 basically used my cid as a std then i got banned out of nowhere...
