I won't be providing you with the links of how to do everything but you would do well to search around this forum, because there is indeed an excellent tutorial on here regarding how to use the E3 flasher.

Apparently the tutorial isn't on NGU anymore, but I found a good tutorial from ps3hax from a quick google search for "ps3 downgrade tutorial e3 flasher"

Try searching google before requesting a tutorial that has been posted already.
