1. No a JB ps3 does not come with an e3 flasher unless the seller is selling with it which i doubt.
2.There are many eboots you need the right region for the right game or else you will get black screen.
3.Multiman is a filemanager, backup games and more and you can use mm to switch out eboots and ect.. or you can ftp them with filezilla. Or you can mod games with ccapi or tmapi through rtm or rte.
4.You will need to spoof your console id and use anti-ban eboots.
