Its probably not but I'm yrying to play modern warfare 3 and it keeps saying I need the free terminal and erosion/aground dlc to play in public playlists and I've installed the pkg files and ran react psn and nothing so this is my last resort and help would be appreciated!

just download them. i do it all the time it doesnt impact me in a bad way
