Maybe a bad copy of the game. If not it might be something in the updates, are you on cex or dex?

it had a lot of seeders too also i am on DEX

I also tried to get minecraft (yes i've gotten it before with almost ALL dlc's without the last update)

and i just get a error when i update it '80010009" the minecraft is a PKG file i've tried everything.

go to the minecraft forum, and there should be a tut on how to fix that error.

Have you tried pressing "Select+X" when the game launches? that should fix it, besides that are you running from external or internal hard drive?
