search e3 flasher on google. or do you mean you want to keep it official sony firmware and mod on it because e3 flashing is for downgrading and installing custom firmware I think ?

well as far as I know you can data transfer mod menus from your jailbreak to your normal ps3 but only as far as mw2 anything newer than that cod you need your jailbreak for them and not sure about fifa sorry
