, I have tried downgrading to 3.55 dex and installing 4.21 + 4.65 rebug but it says it's corrupted, prodg connects but when I try to use a too it says it cannot connect and ccapi won't connect at all.
The ip changed from 192.168.137.92 to 192.168.137.183 aswell.
I can still get online tho.

That is 100% normal, your IP changed because your PS3 IP isnt static and the reason you cant downgrade is because you need a DEX downgrader
