You will need more then a 0$ budget.
If you plan to downgrade your ps3, you will need to buy an E3 Flasher or Progskeet.
You can also send someone your ps3 and they will downgrade It, most likely they will still want money.
Any downgrade tutorial with a file in a flash drive is a lie, so no point in trying. No matter how many say It's real.

The new cod is already ruined, they started the cod series to b real n based on actual wars n realistic action play, now they're starting to go a totally different route. I imagine this one is going to b like mw2 with the newb user friendly, op shotgun heaven, just not as realistic.
