no lol I never spoof before logging on and my CID still isn't banned after 5 months

Had three CFW consoles over the span of about 1.5 years. They've all been online/go online regularly. All I do is clear my history before I sign in. The most I've had is a game ban, not even an account ban.

No worries i kept playing without spoofing on 4.46 dex Rebug for months and Modded games too never got banned.
Though now that i know there is thing called spoof so i try being safe.

I just played a game of COD AW, downloaded the leaked version. Not a bad game, but feels pretty much exactly the same as ghosts. xD

it all depends on what you were doing when you logged on. If you boot up MultiMan, that's a flag, if you are BLATANTLY altering the games memory (RTE and such) that's a flag, if you just pop on to check PSN or accidentally log in I don't think that will be a flag to get you banned.
