Back it up on Mutliman, once backed up put another disc in, load the game on Multiman and it will ask to fix the game for you so it can run on your current firmware.

How do I backup, sorry I don't know all this shit

open multiman and choose the game then press /\ and choose copy then select the internal HDD or external HDD if you have one connected.

Then place another game in and set the settings for the game by pressing [] to int/ext depending which you have copied it to then bd mirror and mount the game like any other.

It will fix the error asking you to update.

Or you could install Rebug 4.65.1 REX or D-Rex
