Have you installed a debug EBOOT for the game?

I think even after installing the correct eboot the tool(s) didn't work.. Any idea y that might be happening ?

I'm completely at a loss. The only time I've had this issue was when I hadn't used the debugged EBOOT. (Or stupidly used one for a different game. xD )

Reply 3 & 4 seem to help some people out with the same issue that you seem to be getting.

check your Target Manager, Console Output and copy and paste whats in there when it failed to attach
