And I got the error code 100 times but now im getting different error code and it won't let me sync error code is (80022D11) but I noticed when I transferred some Plat files said failed so some of the games was at 0% still I deleted them but still won't sync this why I usually do 10 plats at a time but it will take forever to get level 100

That error means save data belongs to another user. You didn't reassign your folders correctly.
