I just got a ps3 that was currently on rogero 4.55 v.100, now I wss folliwng this steps here to downgrade so I can be on DEX

now I get to the part or got to the part where I used the 3.55 rogero rsod downgrader, and then the enxt step after that was to install rogero 3.55 v7, in which I did but now im stuck in an update/last update was cancelled, attepting to reinstall loop. now mind you I cant get into recovery mode, because it just picks up right back to the last update attempt failed, retrying. what can I do? I cant get into xmb or recovery menu. I think after the 3.55 rogero rsod downgrader I was supposed to install the rogero 4.55 downgrader fix. but like I said how do I get out of this last attempt failed loop if I cant get into xmb or the recovery menu? any help would be appreciated please. only serious and helpful answers please.
