I use a tool called RTM tool and on the top right corner of my TV it usually says in colouful letters RTM tool etc etc and who the host is of the lobby, but now its coming up 60fps / 00ms (sv) my tools are connecting and attached besides the revolution tool seems not being able to find BO2 and attaching =/ anyone else having probs? also anyone be able to help lol

From what I've read, nothing offset or coding-wise needs to be edited. So, that being said, have you checked to make sure you are using a debug eboot (if on DEX). If you are on CEX, I do not know what the problem could be since I don't use CCAPI, so... you might want to post in the actual tool's thread.

Found out that it was a game update version 1.19 and it stops modders going online =/ friends are looking to bypass it so atm cant play COD BO2
