I'm on habib 4.53 cex (i have eid_root_key and the cex and dex memory dump)

No, you need a working CID (unbanned).

You'll need a E3 Flasher for that.

This other playstation is jailbroken ? if so yeah you can install just ita manager

if you say your 4.55 ps3 has never been online and the cid is working dump the LV2 and download ps3tools here You must login or register to view this content.
and open up getconsoleid when u have made a dump of your LV2
