Did you check debug setting are correct?

Release Check Mode Development Mode
Boot Mode-System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug Single Settings

yea they are but on the target manager it keeps going back to debug mode in reset mode when it should be software mode

do you get a black screen on boot up or debug screen?

not sure what debug screen is but no i never get a black screen

It meant to go back to debug in Prodg but it does not mean your ps3 is on that setting.
debug setting is under network setting in the setting tab on your xmb

check there all correct, check my previous posts
