Usually ppl use Rtm's to do this not .pkg you don't need a lot of pkg's any way, brewology n aldostools are legit places to get them as Aldos is made by them n brewology is strict about what the let on their site. PKG's are safe but they can indeed get some of your valuable System information whenever you install the PKG to your system. However, most people; in this community especially don't do this for the most part. If it's not from a trusted member, I wouldn't download it. Otherwise, PKG's are just as harmful as any other download that you put on your computer. There's always a risk you take with modding.
