This tutorial will help you change you MAC Address if your banned from a game (BO2, Etc.) I've followed this tutorial multiple times and always worked, also not the first time I've recommended it.
And Be Patient, It'll take long awhile to do it the first time and make sure you have a .PUP file of your current firmware.

I personally use "SEN enabler" to change ALL my important info, including mac address. Hopefully that helps you...I spoof cid and everything else even though I havn't been console banned yet....if you have questions on how to use feel free to ask me

ps3 has mac ban? i can tell you how to fix it on pc lel if that helps
