Now mod menus and, of course, pirated games depend on whether you're on cfw or not. If your PS3 is jailbroken, then it's simple, if not, you're shit out of luck.

I am going to install Rogero 4.55 CEX this week after I downgrade to 3.55

For mod menu's you'll need an eboot and/or self file that somebody put there menu on that has the same region code (bles/blus/npu/etc) or there is injector mod menus that work like rte/Rtm , you'll need a computer that's connected to ps3 via ccapi or tmapi. Those can b found in the gaming boards section of the forums under the game your looking for (both eboots/.self n injectors)
