go with 4.65.1 rebug, you can go online without spoofing.. make sure you get a REX version and not D-REX as that is for dex consoles/more advanced modders.. REX should be fine to mod with!

rebug has Cobra mods implented, gives alot of extra features (try to discover them yourself ) it can be installed from 3.55 OFW, make sure to install CCAPI to use modding tools, you can find tutorials in the ps3 cheats and customization section.. Good luck and happy modding
