im trying to use ccapi 2.5 to rtm a game offliine it connects fine in the ccapi program but not in the rtm tool im trying to use

make sure youre using the correct IP address, i had this issue when i first started rtm'ing

i got it it wasnt ip it was ps3lib and CCAPI dlls
