(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); okay Im on rebug 4.46 cex now and I want to know if I can go straight to rebug cobra 4.65 or do I need cfw 3.55 first?

Just to be safe downgrade to 3.55 official firmware, then install the CFW of your choice.
