You can only spoof to 4.60 with the CFW Setup on the official PS3ita site. There is no need to spoof though, as you can get online without it. I've never spoofed on DEX up until a little while ago with the 4.60 spoof, and I've never been account or console banned.

You need a 4.60 spoof or 4.65 spoofer.
