Anyway I can get back on to that was my factory settings when I about it new 3.55 without an e3 flasher.
Do you mean 4.66 ofw? Or did you install a cfw then spoofed to 4.66? If you updated to sony's latest fw then you will need an e3 flasher to reflash the ps3 back to 3.55 ofw.
It's not possible. Some people may tell you that if you're console is QA flagged, you can downgrade without a flasher, but that isn't true. A QA flag only allows you downgrade 3.55 official firmware to a lower instance, or any 4.xx custom firmware to 3.55 or lower without the need of a flasher.
From what you've said, I'm guessing you're going with the theory that because the console came on a firmware that was 3.55 or lower, but has now been upgraded to 4.66, you should be able to go back to the original firmware that came with the console? Well, that's what E3 flasher is for. E3 flashers will only downgrade your console to the lowest version your particular model's flash supports. Any console's SKU that states it was released on 3.56 or higher can't be downgraded. But this information is easy to find through a quick Google search.
Long story short, you need an E3 flasher to downgrade to 3.55, or install a custom firmware over your current official firmware.
