PLEASE tell me you are joking. xD It's not a ban, it's just trying to get online using the DEX target ID, which is impossible.
All you need to do is use Rebug Toolbox (for Rebug firmware) or PS3ita Manager (for PS3ita) and set your target ID to EID5, which will be your original CEX ID. Then you will be able to sign in no problem.

EDIT: In PS3ita Manager, press Start, select 'network tools', then select 'Restore Original Console ID' (EID5). For Rebug Toolbox, all I can remember is that it's the tab to the far right, and it's the option at the very bottom.
