You need to install CCAPI on the console, also if you want to use TMAPI you need to convert your console to DEX

Your compilicating this wayyy too much if you have cex first of all you have to use an enoot for your region, on bo2 example mine is 31011 but yours might be different, after you done that, install ccapi 2.50 or .60 on both ps3 and pc, then...before you try to connect the tool you have to have your ps3 and pc on same wifi, go to control console on pc, then, file on the top left then add a new console, type in the ip, then set as active (just in case) then try to rtm now! Hopefully this helps if it did please thank me

If you're only looking to mod with rtm tools, and not use eboot modifications, it'd just be better to stick with the original eboot that came with the game. A debug eboot is meant for DEX consoles only. CCAPI must be both installed on your computer and on your PS3. People recommend 2.50 CCAPI over the current, 2.60 version. You can't use any tools if the CCAPI is not activated on your PS3.

No. Debug is for DEX only, lol. Of course CCAPI is slow and freezes a lot. It's 3rd-party coding. if you want to use Sony's original coding, TMAPI, you'd need to convert to DEX. But you shouldn't convert to DEX just for that reason.
