Do I need a fix or do I need to edit the game settings?

You need to open the game settings inside MultiMan by hovering over the game and pressing square, then you need to select 'Enable BD Mirror', which is at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Then you need to hit 'Fix Permissions', which is on the same page. Now just load the game up & you'll be good to go!
