You should just switch your Firmware to a better one to be honest. here's a list of supported CFW:

do i have to downgrade again? or can i just put the pup file on a usb and install it through recovery mode from a usb? thanks man

Yea, Make sure QA toggle is enabled also.

You have to downgrade to 3.55 and then update from there and yes make sure Q&A is Enabled.

how do i enable Q&A?

Go to dex

look for the package download. Make sure you use a downgrade pup first, then install a 3.55, then to the firmware of your choice
